The Scream

Fifth grade students eagerly shared life experiences when they literally screamed…..some told stories of screaming out of great happiness while others told creepy stories about being terrified.    Everyone agreed that the picture of The Scream by Edward Munch evoked strong emotion.  I led a “follow me” exercise where students drew a version of the famous painting while I demonstrated on the white board.  Very proud of their first efforts!
